After a career in investment banking and financial services, Maria Evans started in real estate in 2001. Her sales rapidly grew to the point where she became a top selling agent in northern Fairfield County by the end of 2004. At this point, she decided to start her own company, New Era Realty.

New Era was started in January 2005 in a small, two-room office in Danbury. Sales and staff grew rapidly and the company moved into larger offices in June.

The company’s success is based on providing top-level service and good value. New Era’s revolutionary new approach to listing properties is the latest example of this dedication to service and value.
